Shipping policies

Orders with payment confirmed are processed and shipped in 1-3 business days.
Delivery of your package will take 3-7 Business days.
We ship all packages from Mexico thru Estafeta.
If delivery of your package fails, you will need to pick up your parcel at your local post office if your package is returned to our offices in Mexico because delivery was unsuccessful. We will only re-ship your package if you pay an additional shipping fee.
If you wish to cancel your order once the package has left our facilities, We will issue a refund minus your initial shipping fee after receiving your package back at our shipping department.
